Are you the top salesperson we’re looking for? Are you interested in sales, fashion, customer service, and working with a iconic Finnish brand? We are seeking a sales assistant who is passionate about selling and inspiring customers. The position is fixed-term until the end of December 2026, with a 15 h/week schedule. Shifts are in both of Nanso’s stores, in Lahti and Heinola. You will serve customers in a holistic and personal manner and delight every customer contact. In addition to customer service and sales tasks, you will be responsible for cash handling, unpacking goods, and merchandising both in-store and in the warehouse. You are an outgoing team player who can also work independently as the store operates partly solo. You will succeed as a Nanso sales assistant if you are people-oriented, proactive, organized, and interested in fashion. You have a strong desire to do personal sales work in a store environment. Working hours vary according to store opening hours, with emphasis on evenings and weekends. You have: experience in customer service and sales; understanding and interest in fashion, trends, and dressing; good interpersonal and cooperation skills; a cheerful attitude; English language skills.
