Gutter and roof safety products salesperson

We are looking for a salesperson for gutter and roof safety products to join our client, a financially solid and reputable company. The company operates in the building services sector with core products of roof renovation and roof safety products. Customers are housing associations, companies and households. You don't need to be a sales professional; we will train you. You will succeed when you have customer-facing mindset, good interaction skills, and a desire to develop as a salesperson. You are motivated by goals and successes. Experience in construction or mechanical engineering is a plus but not a requirement — you will receive comprehensive training. The company's strong marketing support will help you succeed in your work. Your area is Mikkeli and surrounding region. What the job includes: meeting and contacting customers (most meetings come from the company's strong brand and marketing), mapping solutions and making offers, collaborating with marketing and technical teams. What we offer: permanent employment in a solid and trustworthy company; guarantee salary 2500–3500 € (first 6 months); the support of an experienced team and good tools; strong marketing yields quality meetings; base salary approx. 1000–1200 €/month based on skills and experience; motivating commission and bonus system with salespeople earning on average 2800–5000 €/month, with no upper limit.
