Property Maintenance Technician for Indoor and Outdoor Work, Long-Term (Nokia) Application period: 23 October 2026–4 November 2026 Are you a service-minded property maintenance professional looking for new opportunities and a fair, welcoming workplace? This is a great opportunity to work in varied duties maintaining residential and commercial properties and outdoor areas. We are now looking for a property maintenance technician at short notice for a long-term position in our client company’s growing operations. The company is a well-managed, reputable specialist in property maintenance and upkeep services, operating in Tampere and the surrounding municipalities and employing approximately 30 people. The property maintenance duties include a broad range of indoor and outdoor work, including basic building services, heating, ventilation and electrical tasks. Work requiring specialist expertise or permits in these fields is excluded. The tasks also include operating machinery used in property maintenance. You will have access to the company’s well-equipped vehicle, which you can use to travel flexibly from home to the worksite and back home at the end of the day. The role also includes an on-call week every seven weeks. Work is due to begin as soon as possible once a suitable person is found. The employment will initially be a fixed-term agency assignment through us, after which the intention is for the employee to continue in a permanent position directly with the client company. Typical working hours are 7:00–15:30, 37.5 hours per week. There is an on-call week every seven weeks. Pay is based on skills and experience. The property services sector collective agreement applies. To succeed in the role, you need skills gained through training or experience in the field. You have a broad command of property-technical work and machinery tasks in different seasons. A customer-service-oriented, self-starting, active and responsible approach will help you provide an appropriate level of service.
