ELIXIA is seeking at least four Assistant Club Managers for several centers in the Helsinki metropolitan area (Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa). In this role, you will work closely with the Club Manager to ensure the daily operations of the fitness center run smoothly, members are satisfied, and the team functions effectively. You will be the Club Manager's primary partner in planning, implementing, and developing center activities. Key responsibilities include active participation in sales and welcoming new members, supporting daily management and practical organization (such as training, communication, and team coordination), and managing the retail product concept. You will also ensure the center remains clean, safe, and pleasant for members. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Successful candidates will have experience in supervisory work or a strong desire to develop in that direction. You should be motivated by daily organization, customer interactions, and improving results. Fluency in Finnish and English is required. The position is permanent, with most roles being full-time (100%), though one 80% position is available in Vantaa.
