IP Legal Counsel

Nebius Group is on the lookout for a talented Legal Counsel to join our IP&IT Law team. If you have at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in a legal firm or tech company and a passion for intellectual property and IT law, we want you to be part of our innovative team! Your responsibilities will include: Conducting legal reviews of license and SaaS agreements, including essential corporate software, as well as software integral to our core products. Collaborating with local and commercial lawyers to review IP terms in various agreements, including service and sales contracts. Managing IP outsourcing agreements with designers, photographers, and software developers, ensuring compliance and protecting our interests. Providing legal analysis and advice on a wide range of IP-related issues, helping to navigate complex legal landscapes. Addressing open-source matters, from license analysis to compliance implementation, while advising our business and engineering teams on best practices. Tackling other IP-related challenges as they arise, contributing to our strategic goals. We expect you to have: A legal degree from a top-tier university in the EU or the US. A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with legal firms or technology companies. Exceptional contract drafting and legal writing skills, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities. Proven experience with IP-related transactions, including software development commissioning, technology licensing, and trademark issues.
