Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated care assistant to support residents with daily tasks and activities, both at home and in leisure time, in accordance with their individual needs. The role involves assisting with self-care, cooking, and outdoor activities, and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team, residents’ families, and health care networks. The position includes an orientation period and comprehensive employee benefits, including extended occupational health care and a sport/culture benefit. You will participate in shift planning and help balance work and private life with flexible scheduling. Requirements include a suitable social and health care degree (e.g., practical nurse), or being close to completing such studies; registration with Valvira; an active professional license; a current criminal record extract; immunization and hygiene qualifications; Love medication administration training or equivalent (continued training available at the workplace); proficient Finnish speaking and writing skills; and a genuine desire to enable a good, personalized life for residents. Salary is task-based, starting from 2415.76 to 2612.33 EUR per month, depending on experience, under the TES for private social services sector (G20C). The application deadline is 17 August 2026.
