About the role

We are seeking a nurse for HopearantaService Home (Hopearanta Oy, Savonlinna). Your main working environment and responsibility will be in the memory care unit, Leppäkerttu. The unit has 14 residents. Your duties include basic resident care, nursing and medication administration according to the medication plan, and collaboration with the doctor, other care staff and relatives. In Leppäkerttu the nurse participates in planning and development of activities.

Requirements

  • Nursing qualification and license to practice in Finland under act 559/1994 and 1200/2007
  • Vaccination protection under Infectious Diseases Act 48§ and TB clearance under 55§
  • Fluent written and spoken Finnish
  • Genuine interest in elderly care
  • Positive attitude and ability to foster a good work environment
  • Valid medication licenses
