Groundworker

We are seeking an experienced earthworks multi-skilled worker for perimeter protections construction in Uusimaa. Our client company specializes in perimeter protections, and we are looking for skilled installers to build fences, gates, and security solutions. The job requires broad competence in earthworks and construction, including operating machines, measuring heights, and building various gates and fences. If not all requirements are met, but you are motivated, please apply as past experience plus a proactive attitude matters. Work will start as suitable candidates are found and will mainly be located in the Uusimaa region. Having your own car is not a must, but it makes moving between sites easier. The work period is initially until early next year, with high likelihood of continuing through the winter and potentially longer. If you have the following, you might be the right person: - Broad experience in earthworks, including excavator operation, measuring heights, and building gates/railings/fences - Valid work safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) — if not, it must be obtained before starting - Good Finnish language skills — work leadership is in Finnish - High work ethic — work is independent and you own the workmanship - Social skills — you get along with people even in tough situations Vision for employees: We ensure proper contracts and gear, and that you are paid commensurately with your skills.
