We are looking for a home helper in Lappeenranta – babysitter/childcare helper. Our family has two small children, a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old, whose mother tongue is Turkish; basic Turkish is an advantage in childcare tasks. Working hours are 35 hours per week, from 9 am to 4 pm. We value reliability and initiative, flexibility in daily situations, a warm approach with children, and experience in cleaning or housekeeping tasks and cooking skills. The role includes a range of duties to smooth daily life at home: childcare and activities with the children, weekly grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning and tidying the home, laundry. We hope to find a long-term, reliable person who can also act as a babysitter. The person chosen for babysitting duties will need to present a criminal record extract before starting work.
