Pihlajalinna seeks a dedicated nurse to join Vihriälän ryhmäkoti, a 30-spot, round-the-clock care facility for residents with memory disorders in Virrat. The role involves comprehensive patient care, medication administration, and close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and the residents’ families to ensure safe, individualized daily living. The position emphasizes morning shifts with occasional weekend and evening presence. We offer a full-time permanent contract, a supportive team, and access to extensive training through Pihlajalinna Academy, as well as flexible scheduling and work-life balance support. Our compensation and terms follow the Social Welfare Sector Collective Agreement. The successful candidate will hold nursing qualifications and Valvira licensure; prior experience with memory care and palliative care is preferred.
