Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a shift supervisor for Ravintola Aanaar in Inari, Lapland, to lead the restaurant floor operations during the winter season 2026–2027. The role requires supervising on-shift staff, coordinating orders and service, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience from start to finish. You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth food and beverage service, handle busy situations, and take responsibility when needed. The position starts on 16 November 2026 and is expected to continue until around 15 April 2027. Full-time work is offered, with availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The employment terms follow the Tourism and Hospitality industry collective agreement; pay is based on skills and experience. Housing may be available for the duration of the employment if needed.
