About the role

We are looking for a foot therapist who can join our team, either as a new graduate or with some experience. The role is independent outpatient work within a skilled team. The position is shared between Raasepori (Itäinen Rantakatu 9, 10600 Tammisaari) and Hangö (Esplanaadi 85, 10900 Hanko) locations, with part of the week in Raasepori and part in Hangö. There are six other foot therapists in the region with whom you will work closely. Responsibilities include assessment of foot therapy needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, client guidance, and potential group activities. The focus is clinical podiatry, especially for diabetic, rheumatic, and neuropathic patients who may have circulatory issues, wounds, toe/nail problems, or complications from other conditions. Employment type: permanent; Working hours: standard 38 h 15 min/week. Interviews via Teams on 1 Sept and 3–4 Sept. Licensure as health care professional (Laki 559/94) and podotherapist degree (AMK) are required, as well as vaccination under section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act. Swedish language skills are advantageous. We value clinical podiatry experience, good manual skills and client‑centred approach, ability to work independently and in teams, strong communication and networking, and good Finnish and Swedish proficiency. Random drug testing may be requested for selected candidates under the welfare area program.
