About the role

The Role\nWe are looking for a IT Support Manager in our data center, the key person in managing IT infrastructure maintenance. You will manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting data center IT infrastructure and GPU clusters. This role is focused on ensuring stable, efficient, and scalable operations through people leadership, structured support processes, and hands-on technical oversight.\nYour responsibilities will include\nLead and manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting data center IT infrastructure and GPU clusters and region IX colocations.\nEnsure high availability and reliability of GPU clusters and IT infrastructure\nAct as the primary escalation point for complex hardware, network, and operational incidents\nMonitor and drive SLA, KPI, and incident resolution performance across IT support services\nOversee proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem management activities\nCollaborate with infrastructure engineers, vendors, and colocation partners to resolve issues and deliver improvements\nMaintain and improve support processes, documentation, and team training materials\nManage IT asset lifecycle activities, relates to responsibility area, including RMAs\nWe Expect You to Have\n3+ years of experience managing technical support teams in a data center or similar critical infrastructure environment.\nStrong hands-on background in diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues, including GPU-based systems, fiber networks.\nSolid understanding of data center operations, server platforms, and enterprise networking principles.\nPractical experience with IT service management processes (ITIL / ITSM).\nBasic proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools.\nProven ability to manage operational KPIs, incidents, and escalations.\nAnalytical skills\nProactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments.\nHigh proficiency in spoken and written English.\nIt will be an added bonus of you have:\nRelevant certifications and trainings\n\nBenefits & Perks:\nCompetitive compensation\nCareer growth and learning opportunities\nFlexibility and ownership\nCollaborative and innovative culture\nOpportunity to work on impactful AI projects\nInternational environment and talented teams\nWhat\'s it like to work at Nebius:\nFast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI\nEqual Opportunity Statement:\nNebius is an equal opportunity employer.
