METAL INDUSTRY PRODUCTION WORKER We are recruiting for a position in the metal industry. The role involves working in a production environment with machines and various metal production tasks. Tasks include monitoring CNC-controlled threading machines, handling finished parts, and ensuring smooth production. Other manufacturing and assembly steps may be required while the machines are running. The position may include: operating and monitoring CNC machines (no prior experience required), handling and inspecting finished parts, assisting with metal production tasks, assembly work, material handling, and other daily production duties. You do not need to be a finished metal industry professional; thorough induction will be provided, and the most important is an interest in metal production and a desire to learn new tasks. What we expect from you: interest in metal industry and production work, energetic and proactive attitude, thoroughness and accuracy, willingness to learn machine operation, ability to perform physical work, Finnish language skills. Prior experience in metal or production or machine work is advantageous but not essential. A good attitude and willingness to learn are the most important. Working hours and pay: Start date by agreement. Working hours: initially day shift, later possibly 2-shift work. Pay: according to the Teollisuusliitto (Technology Industries) collective agreement, based on skills and experience, about €12.00–€13.50 per hour plus 6.3% time-reduction.
