Construction Worker with Board Installation Skills

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated construction worker for our customer’s worksite, with previous experience in different types of board installation. Your duties will include installing Gyproc and other construction boards, boarding wall and ceiling surfaces, and other construction work according to your skills and the needs of the site. In addition to board installation, you will work as a general worker on site. Your day may include moving materials, protection work, creating temporary access routes, and assisting other construction professionals in various work stages. We expect you to have previous experience in board installation and the ability to work independently in these tasks; familiarity with basic construction-site duties; a valid Occupational Safety Card; an energetic approach; and readiness to take on a variety of tasks. We are looking for someone who can handle board installation and does not wait around for work between other work stages. We especially value initiative, the ability to understand the worksite as a whole, careful workmanship, and a positive attitude. The possibility of using your own car is considered an advantage. Pay follows the construction industry collective agreement: €15.56–€17.13 per hour, plus supplements, taking previous experience and skills into account. The job starts by agreement in October–November 2026, and working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:30. Does this sound like the job for you?
