Cook

We are seeking a skilled and motivated cook for the winter season (2026-2027) at Ruka Safaris for a fixed-term contract from December 1 to January 6. The role focuses on buffet cooking tasks, and experience with buffet dishes and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment is expected. We offer full-time hours, a competitive salary based on experience, and accommodation provided by the client. You will work as part of a professional team and help deliver high-quality tasting experiences to guests during the peak season. In this position you will be responsible for: buffet food preparation and plating; keeping the buffet replenished and ensuring product quality; handling ingredients and daily kitchen prep; maintaining cleanliness and following hygiene and self-monitoring procedures; smooth collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff.
