Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated production supervisor to lead our production team in Vantaa, Finland. You will act as a frontline manager, directing daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time deliveries. Responsibilities include leading and motivating your team by example, monitoring production KPIs, identifying improvement areas, initiating corrective and preventive actions, running daily and monthly team meetings, ensuring adequate staffing and skills development, applying Lean principles, 5S, Kaizen, collaborating with other supervisors and stakeholders. Requirements: suitable technical education (engineering AMK or equivalent) and at least two years of experience in manufacturing production and supervisory duties. Prior supervisory experience, ability to lead teams toward targets, strong IT skills and ERP experience (SAP a plus). Knowledge of Lean/5S or other production improvement methods, solution-oriented proactive attitude, excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent Finnish and good English, willingness to work in two-shift system. Previous experience in electrical engineering is an asset.
