We need your professional experience: 5+ years of .NET web development experience; 2+ years in a Tech Lead/Team Lead/Architect position; Expertise and deep understanding of .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and C# technologies; Strong experience with relational/non-relational databases; Experience with a breadth of backend architecture principles and technologies; Experience with asynchronous communication and event-driven architectures; Experience with SSE, Long Polling, WebSockets; Experience with Unit and Integration tests; Experience with microservices architecture; Experience with GitLab CI or other CI/CD technologies; Experience troubleshooting production issues via an observability stack (Grafana, Tempo, Loki, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry); Good understanding of software design principles (SOLID, separation of concerns, testability); Good written and spoken English.
