Mission: Neko Health aims to redefine prevention by enabling data-driven, preventative care. Role: As a Software QA Engineering Lead, ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of SaMD and AI-enabled healthcare products. Collaborate with engineers, DevOps, product teams, V&V, and regulators to meet standards while enabling fast cycles. This IC role embeds quality into development with emphasis on automation and integrated documentation. You will help ensure safe, compliant health tech in a fast-moving environment. In the first 6–12 months, establish collaboration to embed quality in workflows, support SaMD verification/validation, assist risk management, improve QA workflows with automation, strengthen quality systems, and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders. Minimum qualifications include experience in software QA in regulated environments, SaMD experience, strong process understanding, collaboration, independence, and strong communication; preferred: healthtech startups, IEC/ISO/MDR/FDA familiarity, DevOps/CI/CD, AI/ML, and automation.
