About the role

Would you like to be part of the world’s most continuously learning community? We are seeking an Inclusion Coordinator for Gradia (Ammattiopisto Gradia) for a fixed-term position from 1 Oct 2026 to 31 Dec 2028. At Gradia you will be part of Finland’s largest vocational education network in secondary education. The Inclusion Coordinator will develop the school’s communal culture, strengthen student wellbeing and social skills, and contribute to creating a safe, participatory school community. The role includes developing and energising student councils, student councils, and welfare group activities, as well as arranging events and theme weeks that embed community into daily life. The coordinator acts as a link between staff and students, working closely with supervisors, teachers and student welfare staff. This is a new position; the fixed-term is project-based. The position is based primarily at Viitaniemen campus in Jyväskylä, with possible duties at other campuses. Salary and terms follow the Municipal Collective Agreement (KVTES). The role follows a standard 38 h 15 min/week and includes a six-month probationary period.
