PTD Manager (Dairy Technologist)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Arla Canada and ADL, ensuring strong communication and alignment on all operational activities
• Maintain and develop the existing business relationship while identifying new opportunities and addressing industry challenges
• Oversee Arla products produced at ADL, ensuring compliance with the Production Agreement and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership and technical expertise across the full cheese production process—from milk intake to final packaging
• Support and lead improvements in quality control, process technology, and overall production efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business objectives and support Arla Canada’s growth strategy
• Build strong relationships on-site by integrating into daily operations and fostering trust with stakeholders
• Contribute to capital project planning and execution
• Travel as required to Toronto headquarters, the United States, and global headquarters in Denmark
