We are seeking able, confident, curious, and self-motivated professional with experience working in global Compliance & Ethics program to join the energetic & passionate Agoda Compliance & Ethics team who will have significant contribution to strengthen and support integration of Compliance & Ethics program to the business.\nThis position is based in Bangkok. Agoda provides relocation support for successful candidates who are not currently located in Bangkok. Please note that we are not open to remote working or the possibility of being based in other locations.\nThis role is individual contributor.\nIn this Role, youll get to\nLead and support day-to-day compliance and ethics initiatives, ensuring key objectives, deliverables, and reporting are completed in a timely manner.\nConduct review of gifts & entertainment, conflicts of interest disclosure, third-party due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring and testing; and drive appropriate mitigation actions in partnership with relevant stakeholders.\nDevelop, implement and enhance compliance policies, procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to address evolving business and regulatory risks.\nSupport the development and delivery of compliance training programs, including in-person and virtual sessions, and update e-learning materials in line with evolving business needs.\nPromote a strong ethical culture through awareness campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.\nPartner closely with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Government Affairs, People, Commercial, Supply and other business stakeholders to embed compliance requirements into business processes.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\nDrive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives, including the use of new technologies and digital tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.\nPrepare or support management updates and reporting materials, and other compliance-related communications for internal and external stakeholders and leadership.\nSupport additional and adhoc work as necessary to support the compliance & ethics function and mature the program.\nWhat youll Need to Succeed\nAt least 5 years previous experience working in compliance and ethics function or related field (legal, or risk) in multinational medium to large organizations.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\nProactive thinking beyond assigned tasks and consistently developing solutions to further the Compliance & Ethics program.\nDetailed-oriented, able to connect dots, see the big picture, drive changes, and confidently navigate and appropriately mitigate challenging compliance requirements with business mindsets.\nAbility to position the role as C&E strategic advisor and forge trusted relationships with colleagues around the world.\nConfident communication skills (verbal and written); English proficiency.\u00a0\u00a0\nStrong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.\nStrong digital fluency with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, along with ability to master internal systems and leverage AI tools for workflow optimization.\nMust possess the highest integrity, commensurate with a compliance & ethics position.\nAbility to operate without extensive supervision and act as a self-starter.\nEnergetic, fast-paced, and always desire to go the extra mile.\nIts Great if you have\nBachelors Degree in Law\u00a0\u00a0\nExperience with the travel industry/technology

Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in compliance/ethics in multinational organizations
- English proficiency
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
