Responsibilities
- Promote products and services with differentiating scientific messaging.
- Negotiate with healthcare centers and hospitals, providing high-level technical explanations focused on treatment and patient management.
- Partner with Primary Care providers, especially in Diabetes, to promote sales with treatment-oriented approaches and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Identify and cultivate a network of advocates (KOLs, Clinical Leaders, Medical Directors) and adapt sales plans to meet their needs while communicating public tender implications to the Zone Manager.
- Educate nursing staff and health professionals in hospitals and Primary Care centers on product use, coordinating nurse participation in patient-care protocols.
- Act as local expert, presenting Roche solutions at regional forums and symposia; stay updated on IVDR regulations and patient-management algorithms.
- Collect and share market trends and competition insights; run local promotional activities (conferences, workshops) in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Propose and implement territory investments based on defined ROI and ensure commitments to customers are met.
- High field presence with travel within Castilla-La Mancha (~70% of time).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; 3-5 years in life sciences with proven primary care experience; Diabetes knowledge valued; fluent Spanish; English required for global collaboration; based in Guadalajara area.
