Salesperson for Home Security Services

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented and growth-minded salespeople for a permanent position as part of our motivating work community. As Sector Alarm's salesperson you are truly important — you help secure people’s homes, bring peace of mind to their everyday life, and in the best case save lives. Demand for home security services continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses Finland’s best-rated service-based alarm system. Our customers’ Trustpilot rating is an impressive 4.8 / 5, which proves the satisfaction of our customers. Your work day in a nutshell: - Working hours: you mainly work weekdays from 13:00 to 21:00. You can work full-time or part-time, which means three consecutive full work days. - Start of the day: your day begins with your team at our sales office, where you practice the different stages of the sales process under a supervisor and set daily goals. - Approaching customers: from the office you head to various residential areas, usually accompanied by your supervisor. On-site you contact residents independently and agree on appointments at their homes, often at a separate time. You meet dozens of new people daily; this is active and mobile work with steps often exceeding 10,000 per day. - Meetings at customers’ homes: you sit with customers at a table and walk through how our service can secure their everyday life. Listening is as important as talking in this role. You are responsible for selling and the installing of devices is handled by a separate installation team. This allows you to focus entirely on understanding customers’ needs and offering suitable solutions. - End of day: in the evening you regroup with the team to review the day’s learnings, celebrate successes, and share experiences. Your pay consists of sales-based commission and monthly bonuses. Our best salespeople earn over €6,000 per month, and the average salesperson earns around €2,200.
