CEO

As the CEO of INF Infra Finland, you will have full responsibility for launching and leading our Finnish operations. You will design and implement a business strategy tailored for the Finnish market and build the necessary foundations for operations from processes and certifications to establishing key networks. In the initial phase, the role is highly hands-on: you will actively participate in project acquisition, bid preparation, customer relationship building, and the development of a subcontractor network. Your responsibilities include establishing a regional office in Finland, building your own team, and ensuring that the company's quality and risk management meet Finnish infrastructure construction standards. The role also involves strengthening the company's brand and visibility, as well as regular reporting to the parent company. The company's founders will be actively involved in supporting the launch of operations and will work in Finland 1-2 days per week during the first year to ensure that all essential foundations are successfully established. We expect you to have strong experience with large and technically demanding infrastructure projects, either in Finland or in international environments. Your background may come from project management or another senior-level role in infrastructure construction, where you have been responsible for extensive project entities and multiple stakeholders. Previous CEO experience is not required, but the ability and willingness to assume full responsibility for building a business are essential. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking, sound decision-making, and a strong drive for business development. You are familiar with the Finnish infrastructure sector, regulatory practices, and tendering processes, and you have an established network among key industry stakeholders.
