Building Automation Commissioning Specialist

Are you a building automation professional with field experience, looking to get deeper into commissioning demanding projects? We are now looking for a Building Automation Commissioning Specialist to Helsinki or Pirkkala to ensure that planned automation solutions also work in practice. The role As a Building Automation Commissioning Specialist, you will work on technically demanding building automation projects alongside our experienced specialists. You will take part in large-scale projects, such as data centres, where successful building automation commissioning is critical to the operation of the entire site. Your task is to ensure that planned automation solutions work in practice. You will interpret plans and assess their feasibility, participate in commissioning tests and monitor that systems and equipment operate correctly. You will be responsible for preparing the necessary documentation and ensuring that the commissioning process progresses according to agreed requirements and schedules. You will work closely with system specialists, automation installers and the rest of the project team. About you You have an engineering or Master of Science in Technology-level education in automation, electrical engineering or another suitable technical field, as well as practical experience in building automation projects. We especially value field experience in building automation commissioning and project delivery. You can read and interpret technical plans and assess whether a planned solution will work in practice. You identify potential problems in implementation or commissioning and solve them on your own initiative. You communicate daily with other project members, so we hope you have excellent written and spoken communication skills. You are confident in expressing your technical views and can communicate clearly in challenging situations. The project working language is often English, so fluent English is required. Finnish is JIS's internal working language.
