Assistant Club Manager

Assistant Club Manager at ELIXIA Kamppi works closely with the Club Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of the fitness center, high-quality customer service, and achievement of sales targets. The role involves assisting in planning, implementing and developing the center’s operations, guiding staff, handling training and communications, and overseeing the retail product program. The position is permanent and part-time (30 hours/week). The candidate should be ready to work flexibly across shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. English and Finnish proficiency is required, and responsibilities include active involvement in sales, member reception, and overall center performance.
