Data Analyst

The role is for a data analyst in the health care domain, located within the Information Governance unit at the Vantaa-Kerava welfare area. The job focuses on developing and maintaining automated and clear data-driven management reporting for the health care system, using Power BI as the primary tool, and expanding to Azure Synapse or data lake solutions as needed. The analyst will design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that align with the tactical and strategic needs of health care leadership, ensuring end-user friendly visuals. The position is part of the data governance team and involves collaborating in an agile development setup. We look for a candidate with a suitable university degree, experience in designing and maintaining Power BI products, and knowledge of modern data platform solutions. A strong understanding of health and social care is a plus, as is the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Work is conducted at the unit’s office in Tikkurila, with a hybrid work model allowing partial remote work in Vantaa and Kerava. The role includes standard office hours (36.25 h/week) with a permanent contract starting 27.08.2026 or by agreement; fixed monthly salary of 4474.19 EUR plus potential based on prior experience.
