We are seeking a results-driven and development‑oriented Service Manager responsible for leading and developing the Turku region's service area and the Turku area’s maritime operations. The role includes overseeing operational activities, customer relationships, workforce health and capacity, resource management, and driving revenue and profitability growth. A central part of the job is leading sales and growth in the region, supporting the sales manager in achieving targets, participating in major sales projects, and developing additional services, capabilities and commercial thinking across the organization. The team consists of service managers, site supervisors and key personnel at our cleaning sites. The Service Manager will be part of the company’s operational management team and report to the business director. You will lead your regional management team toward goals aligned with our values and operating models, with specialists from our competence centers as part of your leadership team. Our aim is to be Finland’s best service company, and you bring vision and experience in developing customer-oriented service concepts. N-Clean is a cleaning service company that supports our customers’ daily operations with cleaner premises. It is part of the MIAB group. Key responsibilities: 1) Service area leadership: own results and lead the region in line with company values and management system to support strategy and business goals. 2) Customer relationship management and development: lead and develop customer relationships and experiences in your region. 3) People leadership and resource management: manage your team according to our management systems and forums; responsible for people and health and performance in your region. 4) Operational development and renewal: monitor efficiency, identify improvement areas and lead development actions in your financial area. 5) Finance and profitability: own the profitability of the service area and oversee financial planning, guidance, reporting and monitoring. Requirements: higher university degree preferred; business numbers and budgeting skills; willingness to travel domestically; at least three years of leadership experience with understanding of matrix leadership; proactive, positive attitude and excellent networking skills; fluent Finnish and English (spoken and written); goal‑oriented and organized work style, able to stay calm under pressure.
