We are seeking a results-oriented and development-minded Service Manager to lead and develop our service area in Varsinais-Suomi and the Turku region's shipping operations. You will be responsible for the region's operational activities, customer relationships, personnel wellbeing and performance management, resource management, and growth in revenue and profitability. A central part of the role is leading sales and growth in the region: you will drive the business growth of your area, guide and support the sales manager in achieving targets, actively participate in key sales projects, and develop the sale of value-added services, expertise, and commercial thinking across the organization. Your organization consists of service managers, site supervisors, and key personnel at our cleaning sites. As Service Manager you will be part of the company's operational management team and report to the business manager. With your example you will lead your regional leadership team towards the goals set in our strategy, in line with our values and operating model. Your leadership team also includes experts from our competence centers. You have experience in strategic leadership of business, customer experience, or sales in a medium-sized or large company. Our goal is to be Finland’s best service company, so you have vision and experience in continuously improving customer-oriented service concepts. N-Clean is a cleaning services company supporting our clients’ daily operations with cleaner premises. N-Clean is part of the MIAB group owned by Swedish owners. Key responsibilities of the Service Manager: - Service area leadership: be responsible for the performance of your service area and lead in accordance with the company values and management system to support strategy and business objectives. - Customer relationship management and development: lead and develop your area’s customer relationships and customer experience. - People leadership and resource management: lead your team in line with N-Clean’s management systems and forums; be responsible for the region’s staff and staff wellbeing and performance management. - Operational development and renewal: monitor and analyze efficiency, identify improvement targets, and lead development measures in your financial area. - Finance and profitability: be responsible for the service area’s overall results and for financial planning, steering, reporting and follow-up.
