Construction Factory Foreman

We are seeking a foreman for our client company’s construction factory in Salo. Your daily work includes guiding and managing production. Your responsibilities include, among other things, allocating work, scheduling different work phases, occupational safety matters, quality control and tasks related to developing production. The following are considered an advantage: - Education as a construction foreman or construction engineer (or other suitable education) - Experience in construction-industry supervisory work - An independent and responsible approach to work - Comprehension and problem-solving skills - Fluent Finnish (Finnish is the working language) - Understanding of log construction Salary is according to the collective agreement, and the work starts by agreement.
