Investment Analyst

We are seeking an experienced investment analyst who will prepare financial and investment analyses, assess new investment opportunities and provide recommendations for strategic decisions by the company’s management. The role plays a key part in acquisition, investment and financial activities and offers close collaboration with top management when deciding on new projects in the residential and commercial segments. Main tasks include: creating and managing project financial models including cash flow analyses, IRR, NPV and scenario analyses; evaluating project performance, comparing results with plan and identifying deviations; assessing investment and acquisition opportunities, preparing valuations and financial analyses; coordinating due diligence processes and collaborating with external advisers; market analysis, business opportunities and preparing investment recommendations for management; preparing materials for banks, investors and financing institutions; participating in project financing negotiations; reporting to management, owners and investors; ad hoc financial analyses and support for strategic decisions. Qualifications: University degree (II. level) in Economics, Management, Finance, Business or Mathematics. Language skills: advanced English (B2). Technical skills: advanced Microsoft Outlook; advanced MS Excel including independent creation of complex financial models; advanced MS PowerPoint with ability to prepare bank/investor-ready presentations; 3–5 years of experience in Big4 or another advisory/transactional/audit firm; knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance; practical experience with acquisitions and due diligence processes. Nice to have: ACCA or CFA participation; experience in real estate or project financing.
