Technical Customer Service Specialist
The HANSA Armaturen GmbH, an company of the Oras Group, seeks to reinforce the Technical Customer Service team with a Specialist, Technical Customer Service (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date. In this role you will be responsible for processing, recording and following up warranty and complaint cases; supporting customers and service partners with service- and complaint-related matters; coordinating, analyzing and solving technical issues; organizing and planning service deployments and service appointments; creating and maintaining service-related material requirements in the ERP system; handling customer inquiries and supporting sales with technical questions and complaints (including via CRM/ EMT); close collaboration with internal interfaces to ensure efficient service processes; active contribution to continuous improvement of product and service quality; market observation and structured feedback to relevant departments.

Responsibilities
- Handle, record and follow up warranty and reklamation cases
- Support customers and service partners with service- and reklamation-related matters
- Coordinate, analyze and identify solutions for technical complaints
- Organize and plan service deployments and service appointments
- Create and maintain service-related material requirements in the ERP system
- Process customer inquiries and support sales with technical questions and reklamations (including via CRM/ EMT)
- Collaborate with internal interfaces to ensure efficient service processes
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of product and service quality
- Monitor market and provide structured feedback to relevant departments
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training in SHK environment, e.g. as installer with commercial experience or further training as sanitary master
