Every child has the right to safe, high-quality early childhood education, and we want to make that possible with your help. Kultapalat family daycare groups have a maximum of four children. The small group allows for many different activities during the day, which you get to decide on yourself! We provide a framework for the activities, while you retain the freedom to decide how you do the work. In addition to this freedom, the average income from the work is about €3,400 per month when you have four children in care, and you accrue seven weeks of holiday per year. The work is done as a franchise entrepreneur as part of the Kultapalat chain. Do not be put off by the word entrepreneur: we have thought everything through for you. You do not need to know anything about running a business yet, as long as you are passionate about early childhood education and get along well with adults too. With us, you can create a higher income for yourself, plan the activities during the care days freely, and give the little ones lessons and cherished memories that will stay with them throughout their lives.
