We are seeking a maintenance supervisor for Oras Group's Rauma factory. You will lead daily operations of shift-based maintenance, preventive maintenance, and product-change activities. You will manage a 25-person skilled technician team. The role is new as part of the production reorganization of the Rauma unit, and you will help build a new maintenance operating model. Daily collaboration with production supervisors, process engineers, procurement and partners. The job is day shift.

- Ensure high availability of production machines and equipment
- Resource maintenance activities and daily leadership
- Resource workstation changes and new installations
- Resource product changes in production
- Lead electrical works at Rauma unit
- Coach and develop the team
Requirements
- S1- or S2-electrical qualification
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices
- Proven track record of successful change management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or leadership
- Suitable technical university-level degree (AMK) or equivalent technical qualification
- Fluent Finnish and English, both spoken and written
- Strong IT skills
