Shape sales with impact: As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the Pulmonology focus area as well as additional therapeutic fields in Neurology and Gynecology within the territory Cologne (western part) Leverkusen Solingen Remscheid Bergisch Gladbach Dormagen starting 1st September , 2026. What to Expect: - Selling pharmaceutical products to specialists, general practitioners, and pharmacies - Customer acquisition and account management - Achieving company-specific goals, both quantitatively and qualitatively - Planning and executing events - Performing administrative tasks - Maintaining the company’s customer database - Budget management - Territory management, including the related reporting What You Bring: - Certified Pharmaceutical Sales Representative or a successfully completed degree in natural sciences - At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales - Experience in the pulmonary field within the last 2 years, ideally in asthma and COPD - Strong sales skills - Experience in building customer networks - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in digital tools - Persistence and persuasive abilities - High willingness to learn, a passion for challenges, and flexibility - Organizational skills and resilience - Strong social competence, empathy, and team spirit - Initiative and accountability If you enjoy networking, teamwork, presenting convincingly, and acting independently, look forward to: - Company car (also for private use) - 13th salary including vacation pay/bonus - Individual talent management - Active health management (EAP System…) - Direct insurance - 24-hour accident insurance - Customized onboarding program
