Banquet and event restaurant service manager

The role is to lead the shift of the large conference and banqueting restaurant in a busy event hotel located in a shopping center. You should be an imaginative, inspiring hospitality professional with a positive attitude, delivering high-quality service and leaving memorable experiences for guests. You will enjoy mornings and evening shifts, and leading major events excites you. Prior supervisory experience is helpful but a proactive, hands-on attitude can also help you shine. The upcoming service manager must have strong restaurant know-how. In addition to conferences, shifts also include the Village Bar and hotel breakfast service. This is customer service work with shift work from early morning to late evening. You will implement memorable guest experiences with top colleagues.
