Early Childhood Teacher

We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher for the Keimolanmäen Daycare to work in the 1–3 year old group starting from 1 September 2026 or by agreement. The daycare operates a home-area model with six home areas. Two child groups operate on one home area, each with its own facilities. The facilities enable strong small-group activities in line with the early childhood education plan. We are part of the ProVaka operating model, where adults act as positive role models for children and the model supports inclusive practice and consistent guidance methods that value social skills. The Keimolanmäen school is on the same campus and we share facilities such as the restaurant, gym and yard. The teaching staff typically take lunch breaks around 7:50–16:09, and we plan one full sak-day within each rotation plus a common sak-time once a week during the day. You will lead your own team and work to support team functionality, children’s growth and well-being.
