Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers from Poland and the US
- Source candidates using Boolean and X-Ray search techniques
- Conduct interviews and provide feedback
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Experience in an international environment preferred
- Very good English skills
