Functional Consultant
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs. Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning) and SAP Concur. Design and implement integrations using SAP Integration Suite/CPI, SAP PI/PO, and related technologies. Ensure HR data quality through effective data architecture, governance, and integration design. Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements. Advise stakeholders on system capabilities, best practices, and solution options. Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT teams, business process owners, and external SAP partners to deliver integrated solutions. What You'll Bring Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or a related field. Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur, including implementation of core HR or talent modules. Experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, PI/PO, OData, and Compound Employee integrations. Strong understanding of HR data architecture and governance. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English.
