About the opportunity As an Operations Analyst at Glovo, you will play a key role in optimizing our supply operations of our internal fleet to ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of services across Spain. You will also be one of the main points of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams. Your data-driven decision-making, along with your focus on continuous improvement, will be instrumental in achieving Glovo’s operational goals and advancing our logistics strategy. By overseeing and optimizing the operations inside your team, you will directly contribute to the performance and scalability of Glovo’s delivery network, ensuring that our partners thrive in a rapidly evolving environment. THE JOURNEY - Run analysis to identify areas for improvement within the team and across operations, developing and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and scalability. - Use data and performance metrics to track operations, pinpointing areas of improvement and proactively addressing challenges. - Work closely with the global team to ensure proper coordination in the development of our initiatives and projects. - Have full ownership from day one on crucial processes regarding onboarding, incentives, forecast, retention, quality, etc. within Glovo’s fleet - Collaborate closely with internal and global teams, providing operational insights and support to optimize fleet performance and cost-efficiency. - Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders to align operational activities and resolve issues promptly. - Be responsible for the continuous monitoring and achievement of our main KPIs What you need to be successful - 1+ years of experience in analytics, operations, project management or logistics - Analytical mindset with solid experience in using data to drive decision-making and solve operational challenges - Excel/Google Sheets proficiency - Basic SQL is a plus - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Proactive attitude with the ability to drive change and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different levels and teams - Professional communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) - A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a focus on helping others grow and succeed Who we are Glovo is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.
