Building Automation Project Manager

We are seeking a Building Automation Project Manager for a permanent position in Helsinki. Your tasks include taking responsibility for programming and commissioning building automation systems, monitoring project progress, and collaborating closely with automation technicians and the project manager to ensure smooth progress and successful commissioning. You will also coordinate with other site actors, such as electrical, piping, and ventilation contractors. The role is typically Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:00. Projects cover a range of new builds and refurbishments, including data centers, commercial properties, schools, and multi-family residential buildings. The sites are mainly in the Helsinki region, with possible travel within Finland. We value proactive, collaborative work style and Finnish language proficiency, with English also regarded positively.
