Resource childcare worker

We are looking for a resource child care worker for Håkansböle and Trollebo daycares in Vanda. The role involves providing children with safety, care and support in daily routines, contributing to pedagogical work across multiple groups, and collaborating with multiprofessional teams to develop an inclusive operating culture across the unit. You should be able to work in a team, communicate calmly and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and respond to each child's individual needs. The position is full-time (38 h 15 min per week) under AKTA collective agreement; salary is 2553,28 euro per month plus potential seniority-based addition. Requirements include being a qualified child caregiver as per the Small Children Pedagogy Act and good Swedish language skills.
