Kitchen Manager

Ravintola Rumpu, established in 2012, is a Finnish lunch restaurant chain known for its high-quality food, operating a total of six restaurants in Helsinki and one each in Tuusula, Sipoo and Espoo. We focus on tasty everyday meals across our locations. We are seeking a Kitchen Manager for a permanent full-time position at the Laivurin site. You are an experienced kitchen professional responsible for the operational performance, quality, and continuous development within your area. We expect previous supervisory experience. In your role you will oversee buffet lunch, cafe products, and meeting catering together with your team. Shifts run on weekdays from 6:30 to 16:00. The main site is Laivurin Rumpu, but you may also work shifts at other Rumpu locations. We value team spirit, positive atmosphere, good collaboration and interpersonal skills; you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive development mindset come naturally. The role suits a professional used to handling kitchen duties, schedules and procurement operations.
