As an AI Adoption & Transformation Consultant, you will guide enterprise clients through the people side of AI transformation. Working at the intersection of business strategy, organizational change management, employee experience, and Microsoft Copilot adoption, you will help clients identify high-value use cases, accelerate workforce readiness, drive behavioral change, and realize measurable business outcomes from AI investments. You will work directly with executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to shape transformation strategies, facilitate AI adoption programs, and build scalable approaches that help organizations embrace new ways of working. Your responsibilities include developing AI transformation strategies, assessing organizational readiness, designing enterprise-wide adoption strategies, developing communication and training plans, facilitating workshops, defining success metrics, monitoring progress, connecting AI initiatives to business outcomes, creating scalable programs, developing tools and guides, and supporting deployment across units and regions.
