We are looking for a skilled formwork carpenter who can work independently in a concrete factory. The role involves manufacturing formwork and working with elements; the candidate should be capable of taking initiative and working without supervision. Start dates will be arranged with the right person, with work expected to continue into the autumn, and a strong performer may have the opportunity to secure a permanent position in our client’s assembly line. Requirements include experience in formwork production and element work, valid safety cards (occupational safety card) or the ability to obtain them before starting, Finnish or English language proficiency (Swedish not required), good drawing-reading skills, high work ethic, and strong social skills to interact with colleagues even in tight situations.
