Production Worker

We are looking for two production workers for Kauhava. Your tasks will involve assisting with bending operations alongside a seasoned professional. You will receive thorough onboarding and gradually take on more responsibility to become an independent bender. Prior metal industry experience is not required, but technical interest, practical mindset, and good 3D visualization help you succeed. Finnish language skills are required for the job. The work is in a two-shift pattern: mornings 6:00–14:00 and afternoons 14:00–24:00 from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays off. Flexible working hours are available.
