The financial and payroll sector is in a major transition due to automation and AI. The AI Payroll and Financial Management F.E.C training is an excellent way to grow your expertise. There are two lines: payroll and financial management specialist, and payroll and HR specialist. The program is organized in close cooperation with the Helsinki employment area, recruiting companies, and Saranen. It is primarily aimed at unemployed or at-risk job seekers living in Uusimaa with a valid customer relationship in employment services. The training is free, and participants receive their normal unemployment benefit. The goal is employment at the end of the training.
