Receptionist – Finnish Lapland We are looking for several Receptionists for our client, Visit Inari, for the upcoming winter season in Inari. In this role, you will work in the reception of both the hotel and holiday village, as well as at the safari office front desk. The winter season runs from mid-November until the end of March. This is a full-time position, and shifts may be scheduled on any day of the week, including evenings and weekends. Your responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service, Selling and coordinating activities and excursions, Renting outdoor equipment, Assisting guests before and during activities, Handling customer enquiries by phone and email, Managing hotel check-ins and check-outs, Café sales, Sauna reservations, Providing general information and assistance to guests. We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience in tourism, hospitality, sales, or customer service, Speaks and writes fluent English (other languages are beneficial), Is comfortable using computers and preferably has experience with reservation systems (experience with Mews and FareHarbor is considered an advantage), Holds valid Finnish Hygiene Passport and Alcohol Serving Passport, or is willing to obtain them, Is proactive, reliable, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
