Are you excited by handling large accounts, delivering results and aligning people to move in the same direction? We are now seeking a Customer Director to drive the growth, profitability and long-term development of a strategically important customer. The role is permanent and based in Kerava. In this role you will lead the long-term customer strategy, annual planning and budgeting, and ensure that commercial collaboration yields results. You will act as a trusted partner to the customer's senior leadership, lead negotiations, pricing and joint growth initiatives. You will manage a portfolio of major and commercially interesting accounts, including Lidl, Tokmanni, Verkkokauppa.com, Puuilo, Motonet, Reitan Convenience Finland and Travel Retail accounts. The role is truly business-critical: your work directly impacts the company’s growth and profitability and the development of customer relationships. You will lead an effective customer team with a coaching approach and be part of the Off Trade sales leadership team. You report directly to the Off Trade sales channel leader. In day-to-day work you collaborate with the customer, your own team and internal stakeholders, and the ability to influence and bring people along is a key part of this role.

- Ensure smooth collaboration between the client, your team and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong experience in commercial roles in Finnish retail
- Proven track record in leading large accounts and teams
- Strategic and commercial thinking with ability to translate growth ideas into actions
- Natural negotiation and influencing skills and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical, data-driven work style and willingness to make decisions based on data
- Fluent in Finnish and English
